Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Karbi Anglong and North Lakhimpur. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and retailers from various segments.

About the Role
  • Develop strategy for merchant acquisition across different segments
  • Source, generate, and close new leads for merchant activation and signing
  • Manage a team of direct sales professionals and coach them on acquisition and relationship management
  • Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets
  2. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
