Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Karbi Anglong and North Lakhimpur. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and retailers from various segments.
About the Role- Develop strategy for merchant acquisition across different segments
- Source, generate, and close new leads for merchant activation and signing
- Manage a team of direct sales professionals and coach them on acquisition and relationship management
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary range of ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum
