AI-Powered Sales Strategist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Strategist to join our team at Qodex.ai. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the North American market.
About the CompanyQodex.ai is an AI-powered API testing and documentation platform that enables businesses to achieve 60% automation coverage in a single day, simplify integrations, and save up to 80% on costs.
Job DescriptionYou will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Qodex can solve their unique software testing challenges.
Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify Inbound and Outbound leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling activities
- Conduct thorough need analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their software testing needs
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software
- Proven 3 -6 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as an Account Executive or a similar role
- Previous experience selling in North America region
- Successful track record of winning high velocity transactional deals in North America region
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Proficient with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, call outreach among other sales stack tools
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
