Responsibilities:

  • Approach HR professionals in software companies to discuss current job openings and recruitment needs.
  • Explain our offerings, including the availability of both fresher and experienced candidates for various roles.
  • Gather information about the specific qualifications and skills that the company seeks in candidates.
  • Highlight the advantages of our candidate pool and the efficiency of our recruitment services.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with HR representatives to foster ongoing collaboration.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings to discuss candidate resumes and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, client needs, and candidate placements.
  • Seek feedback from HR representatives to improve our services and understand market trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ Experience in Telecalling
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in the recruitment or education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
