Sales Business Developer

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hybrid Field Sales Representative to join our team at FASTSOURCE BUSINESS AND TRADING SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales quotas by conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and meet client needs.
**Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage and maintain communication with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask effectively
• Willingness to travel within Chennai and occasionally out of state for client meetings and presentations
