Job Title: Sales and Marketing Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Hiringlabs Business Solutions. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue through effective communication with potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential leads and understand customer needs to offer solutions.
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present products and services and handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls, document and update customer records, and provide feedback on the efficiency of sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
  • Customer-oriented and able to handle rejection.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
