Sales Business Development Professional

At People First Consultants, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Business Development Professional to join our team.
As a Sales Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Prior sales experience will be helpful.
- Must have at least 5 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in educational sales is advantageous.
