About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional E-Commerce Business Manager to lead our online sales and presence. This critical role entails managing our brand image, enhancing product visibility, and driving sales through digital channels. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining our overall strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with alliance partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the P&L responsibilities of our E-Commerce Business
  • Define overall strategy and ensure alignment with our company vision
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential key accounts
  • Devise and execute revenue generation plans
  • Build strong relationships with alliance partners to improve traction and branding
  • Lead and develop the e-commerce team
  • Innovative ways of building brand awareness and focus on growing business
  • Responsible for the pre-launch and post-launch strategy for the ecommerce business
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts in the BPC sector
  • Responsible for driving Primary & Secondary Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins for the Channel
  • Develop strategic plans to boost sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to drive growth initiatives and improve market share
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent revenue service
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and competitor activities
  • Increase Market share for the brand and at the Category level
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues
  • Ensure to maintain commercial hygiene for the channel
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Min 5 Years of Experience in E-commerce, Should have min 2 years exp in Q-commerce (Managing Blinkit /Zepto /Instamart/Big Basket)
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the Q-commerce or retail sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
