Job Title: Senior E-commerce Sales Manager

Description:
The Senior E-commerce Sales Manager will be a key part of our online sales team responsible for online sales expansion on multiple marketplaces. He/She will be responsible for driving revenue, margin outcomes for their key accounts and improvement of account penetration while creating new areas of growth for the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving business of boAt in online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and other new portals.
• Account Planning Business Planning with Marketplace, Delivering Revenue Targets, Market Share and NPS (Net Promotor Score) Objectives.
• Forecasting and planning of demand and sales; top-line growth, sell-in & sellout management, inventory management.
• Establishing clear short- and long-term e-commerce strategy and management together with external and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring profitability and growth of the account.
• Building the forecast of products at regional and account level, monitoring the products listed and ensuring the deliveries of orders to achieve a market share of products.
• Responsible for market and competitive analysis, keeping a check on market trends, take corrective actions as required.
• Understanding the key business drivers for this channel and working in close proximity with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
• Collaborating with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired market share in each category.

Requirements:
• 4 to 5 years of experience into e-commerce sales / key account /channel management.
• Previous experience of working either as a category manager with e-commerce platform or having worked as key account manager for e-commerce channel.
• Proficient in key account management, managing data, and leveraging insights to drive penetration.

Competencies:
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Adaptive, collaborative and strong self-motivation. Ready to act in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and high task orientation.
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams ability to influence in absence of reporting relationship.
