Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Total Reward Partner to join our team.

\

This senior specialist position plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading our total reward priorities, delivering total reward solutions that support business aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead total reward advice and guidance across the business, developing customer-centric data-led solutions.\
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions enhancing total reward effectiveness.\
  • Ensure seamless total reward activities and processes to deliver customer-centric solutions.\
  • Drive leadership and line manager understanding of total reward adoption and use.\
  • Identify innovative ways to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance within and across business units.\
  • Implement and embed total reward programmes, enhancing total reward value as part of the Employer Value Proposition.\
  • Bring external perspectives and best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organizational performance.\

    • Develop advanced business partnering skills to lead and shape partnerships with leaders.\
    • Analytical and problem-solving expertise to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.\
    • Highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.\
    • Strong storytelling skills with data and business insights to build the case for total reward change.\
    • Expert communication skills to confidently communicate total reward matters.\
    • Innovation and excellence skills to constantly build knowledge and influence business total reward solutions.\
    • Leadership accountabilities including being a CUSTOMER CHAMPION, CHANGE AGENT, COLLABORATIVE PARTNER, and COMMERCIAL THINKER.\

      • Must have at least 7 years' experience leading effective change across all elements of total reward and performance in disruptive business environments.\
      • Deep technical total reward experience, agile trusted business partner experience, governance and risk management experience.\
      • Establish strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business to deliver significant people change.\
      • Must be a respected total reward expert with deep technical experience.\
