Job Description

We seek an experienced HR leader to drive both HR Business Partnering and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shaping people strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Serving as a trusted advisor on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.

Total Rewards will include leading compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.

This includes partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.

Owning and executing the performance appraisal cycle and ensuring reward programs meet business and regulatory standards are also critical responsibilities.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
