Job Title: HR Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our organization in executing the larger vision, culture, and business objectives. The HR Manager will play a strategic and consultative role in providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

  • Build and Create the Brand in Society and Ensure Business Continuity

  • Protect the Interests of the Organization and Initiate Disciplinary Action Where Needed
  • Implement DC-Wide Rewards and Recognition Programs and Recommend Solutions to Improve Performance, Retention, and Employee Experience
  • Manage Employee Grievances – Anti-Sexual Harassment, Workplace Concerns
  • Manage the Health & Wellness Program
  • Create Robust Communication Forums to Facilitate Interactions Between Management and Employees

Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or Equivalent Will Be Preferred
  • Experience - 11-17 Years
