Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Shift Manager located in Surat. The Human Resource Shift Manager will oversee daily HR operations including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management tasks, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role will also involve recruiting, training, and developing staff, as well as addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is a plus
