Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead and oversee our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Conduct induction and support employee engagement activities.
  • Generate reports on recruitment and HR operations.
  • Payroll management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BBA, BCA, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
