Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Surat. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including HR Management, Benefits Administration, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Labor and Employment Law regulations.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources skills
  • Benefits Administration experience
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
