Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. This role will involve collaborating with different departments to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Recruitment and Onboarding

· Employee Relations

· HR Administration

· Benefits Administration

· Training and Development

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.

Additional Requirements:

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Commitment to fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement.
