Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Human Resources Executive or similar role for 1 to 2 years.
  • Strong ability in employee relations, including addressing employee queries
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition practices to attract top-notch talent.
  • Experience in attendance management and monitoring employee attendance records.
  • Knowledge in performance management practices to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Competence in compensation and benefits management to structure competitive salary packages.
  • Ability to engage in strategic sourcing to identify and recruit high-potential candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to fill positions with qualified candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and manage essential HR documents and reports.
  • Address and resolve employee queries and issues effectively to promote a harmonious workplace.
  • Monitor and manage attendance records to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to employees.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
