Role Overview

Fountainhead School is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Human Resource Executive (preferably male) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, addressing employee queries, and supporting a wide range of HR initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and organizational growth. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and implementing policies and programs that align with the school's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities including document verification, system access creation, and transport route assignment.
  • Conduct joining and induction sessions, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system with accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and other administrative matters.
  • Support and coordinate training, performance management, and engagement activities.
  • Assist in policy implementation, documentation, and HR reporting as required.
  • Promote a positive, transparent, and service-oriented HR culture within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist functions (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting.
  • Professional, adaptable, and open to learning in a fast-paced environment.

Work Time

7:40 AM to 3:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)

7:30 AM to 4:30 PM for Male Staff
