Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Human Resources Executive at Codelink Infotech. The individual will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure effective HR management. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting the development of a positive workplace culture. The candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with the company's goals and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and experience implementing HR Policies
  • Ability to manage Employee Relations and support a positive work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a human resources role is a plus
  • Familiarity with employment laws and workplace compliance is advantageous
