Requirements & Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results-oriented initiatives and metrics in HR.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Able to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices in human resources.
