Job Title: Human Resource Manager
About the Role:
- Recognize staff requirements and collaborate with senior HR personnel for approval.
- Develop job specifications for various roles and promote them through multiple channels.
- Manage daily HR tasks, including meetings, interviews, and schedules.
- Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding of new employees and manage employee data across departments.
- Supervise daily HR department operations and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or equivalent.
- Familiarity with human resource software and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with recruiting and its full cycle.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Leadership qualities and abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field.
