About the Role:

  • Maintain and update employee records in human resources management systems.">
  • Prepare and analyze human resources reports and dashboards for management review.">
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools to derive data-driven insights.">
  • Support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.">
  • Assist in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.">
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Organize training and development programs to promote professional growth and development.">
  • Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working culture.">
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.">
  • Proficiency in working with data sets of minimum 2000+ employees.">
  • Primary role will be human resources management information systems (HR MIS).">
  • Secondary role will involve generalist human resources activities (e.g., performance management systems, recruitment, etc.).">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field.">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.">
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and human resources tools/software.">
  • Experience with human resources management systems.">
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.">
