Job Title: Human Resource Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Leader to lead full-spectrum human resource functions.

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, HR operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

This role necessitates at least 10 years of experience, preferably within the region, with a solid understanding of statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair manner.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
