Leading Human Resource Executive

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Director to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
- Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Lead performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in Human Resources management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
