Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, general administrative support, manage the vendor and vendor payment, employee management, attendance , manage the travel plan of employee and do the necessary bookings, manage the custimer invoice and respond the necessary activity by email/phone calls.

Additionally, this role will involve communication with employees regarding HR-related queries and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Human Resources (HR) skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent skill of internet based technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office or other relevant software
- Experience in a similar role or relevant educational background preferred

Salary:

Rs 25,000 Per month
