Human Resources Development Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Development Intern. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and support the recruitment team in day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Freshers with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Support the recruitment team in day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fresher with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
