Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all HR activities and duties. This includes employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and employee development. The role also involves maintaining employee records, handling staff inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting organizational growth and culture.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
