Job Overview

The role of HR Operations Manager is ideal for an accomplished professional with proven expertise in managing comprehensive HR operations within a manufacturing environment.

This position requires dynamic leadership to oversee all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and process optimization.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.
  2. Direct end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering efficient talent acquisition.
  3. Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
  4. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements.
  5. Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate.
  6. Guide the management and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Partner with leadership and business heads to address people challenges and succession planning.
  8. Drive continuous learning and development, digital transformation, and workforce readiness.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
  • Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
  • Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
