Job Title: Strategic HR PartnerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. This is a part-time/consulting role, ideal for professionals who want to leverage their expertise across multiple organizations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with the growth of our organization.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set up performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Guide founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
  • Provide strategic insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining startup agility.
Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' experience in HR, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.
Work Schedule:Monday – Friday (requiring up to 10 hour commitment every week)Salary:Competitive (Based on Experience)
