Lead HR Strategist

The role of Lead Human Resource Strategist is pivotal in driving organizational success by overseeing the implementation of effective HR practices, ensuring compliance with pertinent regulations and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive reports on all facets of HR, including Employment Law, policy, best practices, and workforce development.
  2. Guarantee that the organization adheres to current regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as legislation.
  3. Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department, encompassing Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward, and Recognition.
  4. Craft a diversity, equality, and inclusion plan that aligns with company values, business strategy, and commitments.
  5. Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA or Postgraduate Degree in HR
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR
  • Exceptional knowledge of HR practices and regulations
  • Detailed working knowledge of all HR departmental areas
