Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Total Rewards leader to shape our compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation framework and strategy aligning with business goals and competitive market practices.
Main Responsibilities:- We are looking for someone who can oversee differentiated rewards programs including short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and executive compensation.
- The ideal candidate will design and implement a job architecture model ensuring consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
- Global compensation benchmarking is essential to remain competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
- Leading the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis for aligned compensation packages is crucial.
- The selected individual will administer and manage global benefits programs ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions.
- They must provide analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaboration with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance is necessary.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
- Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
- In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
- Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
- An excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits particularly within the IT services industry.
