Leadership Opportunity

The company seeks an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global compensation strategy. The ideal candidate will establish a standardized framework for compensation, drive differentiated rewards programs, and manage key aspects such as job architecture, benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and benefits administration.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications across the organization.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of competitive rewards programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to stay ahead in attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
  • Administer and manage benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
Key Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
