Job Title: Senior Director of Solar Cell Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead our solar cell manufacturing operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable roadmap for market leadership in the solar industry.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale projects, including greenfield execution and scaling operations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality products while ensuring efficient ramp-to-rate and achieving industry-leading KPIs.

The successful candidate will possess strong financial acumen and global stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of advanced solar technologies, especially TopCon.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 20 years of experience in high-tech, process-driven industries
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience in solar cell manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced materials sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing 1,000 Cr projects, including greenfield execution and scaling operations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Technology, MBA preferred
