  • Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to use good judgment be discreet highly trustworthy with high level of integrity.
  • Fluent in English verbal written.

As an Executive Compensation Strategist you will be responsible for developing and implementing global performance management strategies compensation planning and employee rewards recognition systems. You will create and execute global policies and procedures maintain multiple priorities through excellent project management organizational skills collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting through exceptional communication consultative skills. We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration Human Resources Economics or a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience in rewards compensation performance management within a global organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to use good judgment be discreet highly trustworthy with a high level of integrity. Fluency in English both verbally and written is essential.
