Job Description:

As a cloud compensation professional, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end implementation and execution of annual workforce compensation plans for 100 countries. Your responsibilities will include working with technical teams to modify formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements, resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT, and collaborating closely with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded into the correct UDTs or external tables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and related business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
