Job Overview:

A compensation expert is needed to manage employee pay and ensure accuracy of financial records.

  • Review payroll transactions and data for discrepancies
  • Provide support for all payroll functions and programs affecting employees
  • Responsible for complete and accurate processing of employee information and related job data
  • Update the employee payroll database with precise information in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Perform thorough quality checks on payroll data to guarantee accuracy and minimize unnecessary rework

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver timely payroll services, implement changes to policies and procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. A high school diploma and 2 years of experience in US and Canada payroll management are required, along with knowledge of Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR, Microsoft Office applications, and attention to detail.
