Cloud Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning. They will also deliver remote support services, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Deliver expert-level remote support services, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Active Directory environments, ensuring seamless user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
  • Ability to provide effective remote support, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
