Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using modern infrastructure-as-code practices with AWS CDK and TypeScript.
  • Create reusable constructs to define AWS resources.
  • Deploy AWS components like Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC using CDK constructs.
  • Manage package dependencies and builds in Node.js environment using npm.
  • Run CDK CLI commands such as cdk synth and cdk deploy to deploy infrastructure changes.
  • Write unit tests to validate infrastructure code.
  • Debug and troubleshoot infrastructure deployment and runtime issues.

Requirements:

  • AWS Cloud Development Kit (AWS CDK) using TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript features: interfaces, types, classes, and generics.
  • Experience with Node.js runtime environment and npm package management.
  • Familiarity with core AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC.
  • Hands-on experience with CDK CLI commands and Jest testing framework.
  • Skills in debugging and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure deployments and runtime issues.
