We are seeking a senior professional to lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive business growth through high-impact incentive compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define business & technical requirements through discovery sessions.
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
