Job Title: Senior Technology Strategist

As a hands-on technology leader, you will set the technology vision and strategy for our organization, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure technology foundations that support our ambitions in gaming, data analytics, and content distribution.

This is both a strategic and operational role: you'll architect and code, mentor and manage, and make critical decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and innovation.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a technology leader in a high-growth start-up or gaming company, with a clear understanding of building social products. You should have strong coding skills, experience architecting and scaling consumer-facing platforms, and familiarity with real-time data systems, AWS, and mobile/web development.

In addition, you should have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, data privacy, and secure transaction systems in India. The ability to build and inspire small teams while operating in a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment is also essential.
