Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • We seek an experienced sales professional with a strong background in electromechanical products, particularly passenger cars, two-wheelers, and trucks.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps, providing market intelligence, and acquiring new business opportunities from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Ongoing tasks include preparing and reviewing sales offers, managing team performance, and maintaining relationships with customers to secure follow-up businesses.
  • In addition, the ideal candidate will contribute to mid-term planning and support the finance team with account receivables.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Sales or Marketing.
  • 18-20 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a customer-centric approach, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, with German being an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of IATF guidelines and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures are also required.
