**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Kaizenat Technology Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with experience handling large portfolios in the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.

About Us:

Kaizenat Technology Private Limited is a leading provider of advanced engineering simulation software and services. We specialize in products like LS-DYNA and ANSYS, and support the Indian industry by delivering high-quality Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) solutions.

About the Role:

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our technology solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales plans and quotas, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and supervising and guiding the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-12 years of experience in CAD/CAE software sales within the assigned region.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills are essential.

Salary Range: ₹30-50 lakhs per annum
