Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by managing strategic client relationships and expanding our presence in the North India region.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans and quotas that align with Kaizenat business objectives for Mid-Market/SMB clients.
- Analyze regional market trends, discover growth opportunities, and recommend new sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD/CAE software sales within the assigned region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
