Job Description:

We're looking for a driven Relationship Area Captain to lead the execution of on-ground activations and hyperlocal go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in on-ground marketing, GTM execution, or city launches, preferably in Q-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or hyperlocal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new area launches and planning for activation.
  • Ensure brand visibility, sampling, events, and merchandising are deployed as per GTM strategy.
  • Build and manage local vendor, society, and community partnerships to drive acquisition.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and design teams to execute hyperlocal campaigns.
  • Act as the on-ground POC for city/zone launches, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Track and report launch KPIs: orders, new members, CAC, NPS, etc.
  • Provide local market feedback and insights to optimize future GTM rollouts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in on-ground marketing, GTM execution, or city launches (preferably in Q-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or hyperlocal services).
  • Strong project management and operational execution skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Ability to hustle, adapt, and think on your feet during live GTM rollouts.
