Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships in Emerging Business vertical.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement with existing customers.
  • Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships.
  • Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs, driving long-term value.
  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention, relationship management, and account expansion.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in account management, up-selling, and cross-selling, with a background in Payment Gateway Sales.
  • Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and product expertise.
