About the Opportunity

xTag is seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling enterprise-level IT solutions, with a strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to position complex solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts, identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing sales opportunities with key decision-makers at large to mid enterprises.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target enterprises, providing expert guidance and consultation on IT infrastructure, software, cloud solutions, and other technology services.
  • Product Knowledge & Solution Selling: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings, presenting and demonstrating technical solutions effectively and working closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized IT solutions for clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final sales closure, collaborating with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling to enterprise clients
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud, infrastructure, networking, and software
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to position complex solutions effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
