About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in providing enterprise-level IT solutions to large organizations and businesses. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, specifically selling to enterprise clients. They will be able to develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients, and utilizing CRM tools to track and manage opportunities.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

The Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Director will be responsible for understanding clients' business needs and challenges to propose tailored IT solutions that align with their strategic objectives. They will develop long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target enterprises. Providing expert guidance and consultation to clients on IT infrastructure, software, cloud solutions, and other technology services is also a critical aspect of this role.

Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:

The successful candidate will stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings. They will present and demonstrate technical solutions effectively, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Working closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized IT solutions for clients is essential.

Negotiation & Closing:

The Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Director will lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final sales closure. Collaborating with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and delivery is critical.

Reporting & Forecasting:

The successful candidate will prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management. Tracking sales performance and continuously analyzing and improving sales techniques is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling to enterprise clients
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud, infrastructure, networking, and software
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to position complex solutions effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics
