Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and conclude commercial transactions resulting in order booking with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
- Deliver high-quality presentations, pitches, and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Utilize effective negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Competitive Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
