Sanbros Spares Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Director to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategies to drive sales revenue and expand market share.
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead the Sales Team: Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop relationships with customers, and close deals.
- Mentor Employees: Provide guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their individual and team objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotech Engineering
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in sales
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel Requirements: Ready to travel extensively across India
