Job Description
The Business Development Manager - Maharashtra will be responsible for leading the sales team in Nagpur, Rest of Maharashtra, focusing on managing end-to-end banking sales of liabilities and CASA. The ideal candidate will have 04-08 years of experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

About the Role
As a Business Development Manager - Maharashtra at WEBNOSPHER HR CONSULTANCY(WHR), you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to ensure the growth of liabilities business and achievement of assigned targets.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of sales professionals to ensure the generation of leads for CASA and achievement of CASA balances target of the branch.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
  • At least 04-08 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • A strong network of contacts in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary Range
$60,000 - $90,000 per annum.
