Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager - Maharashtra will be responsible for leading the sales team in Nagpur, Rest of Maharashtra, focusing on managing end-to-end banking sales of liabilities and CASA. The ideal candidate will have 04-08 years of experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

As a Business Development Manager - Maharashtra at WEBNOSPHER HR CONSULTANCY(WHR), you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Leading a team of sales professionals to ensure the growth of liabilities business and achievement of assigned targets.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

- Managing a team of sales professionals to ensure the generation of leads for CASA and achievement of CASA balances target of the branch.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements

- At least 04-08 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- A strong network of contacts in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary Range
