IT Enterprise Solutions Sales Director

Xtag is seeking a seasoned IT Enterprise Solutions Sales Director to spearhead sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will have in-depth knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud, infrastructure, networking, and software, as well as strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to position complex solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities with key decision-makers at large to mid enterprises.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges to propose tailored IT solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Develop long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target enterprises.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on IT infrastructure, software, cloud solutions, and other technology services.
Negotiation & Closing
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final sales closure.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and delivery.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Track sales performance and continuously analyze and improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven success in B2B sales with a strong background in enterprise IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
